Guest Blog: "Watching 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' is Motivational" by @NateSaid

If you don't find the Kardashian family entertaining then you should at least find them motivating. Don't worry I'll explain. But first let me shine light on how Drake might be the most opportunistic rapper ever. Aubrey Graham has a way of knowing what sounds are going to "pop" in the industry. Just look his recent history. He cosigned the Chiraq bandwagon at the perfect time. Then kidnapped Migos flow and everyone started running with it. Called Meek Mill's intro "one of the best rap moments of our generation" before going on a tear with "double songs" with beat switches. Similar to how Meek Mill switches flows/sounds in the "Dreams & Nightmares" intro. And more recently, he hopped on the Makonnen wave. Just know Drizzy sees everything and hears everything and knows how to capitalize of it.

Now back to the motivational Kardashians. Have you ever just watched Keeping Up With The Kardashians? Like really really sat down and paid attention? If you have then you'll realize the points I make are valid. What problems do the Kardashians have? Most of their "problems" just come as a result of their money. Which is why watching them deal with them should do nothing at all but motivate you. Think about it. What would you rather be dealing with? Struggling to pay all your bills or dealing with a little slander via social networks on a daily basis? Exactly. Kim Kardashian gets the most slander because of a sextape she made with Ray J while she was in a relationship with him. They they were boyfriend and girlfriend. They were a young couple that recorded their vacation. It's the 21st century. Homemade sextapes are not that farfetched. Plenty of us have recorded our sexual encounters. It's really not that big of a deal. Well at least to us. Guess why not. The answer is because we're not Kardashian-wealthy. Furthermore, Kim was able to turn this "negative" into a positive because the her and her mother are way more intelligent than they get credit for.

Let that sink in real quick. Kim Kardashian cashed out of a sextape. In a weird way that has to stem as motivation. Look at Khloe Kardashian. Her and her sister (Kim) get into it and Kim accuses her of being a groupie hoe to rappers. Now would Khloe even be in a position like this if she wasn't rich? Of course not. Then what's the most threatening thing she says to Kim? "Go take selfies". These problems aren't problems, it's motivation.

Question. In what instance would you feel it's okay to tell your significant other that you snuck off to meet with your ex that you fantasize about sometimes? What instance would make you think it's an understandable situation? An instance when your pockets are very, very, very deep.

Dawg. This man Bruce Jenner was trying to have a mini family meeting on a goddamm roller-coaster. That's like going to a Game 7 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden to have a business meeting using floor seats. Both situations come from people with money trees. Figuratively speaking, obviously.

Paparazzi. Paparazzi is another big thing famous celebrities and rich celebrities have to deal with. But would you rather have paparazzi following your every move or loan sharks following you? Exactly.

It's simple really. Next time you lack motivation and you're trying to be entertained at the same time, just fire up that Netflix or throw that On Demand on and let a couple episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians fly.

Yours Truly,
The Boy (@NateSaid)
