Dear Black Society: #BlackLivesMatter But What's The Plan?

Here I go asking questions to further understand the motives and hopefully end result to the protests. What is the actual plan? What do you all who are on social media, on the news being interviewed, outside protesting plan to achieve in the end? All I am personally grasping is that black lives matter. All I see are signs in the streets displaying the hurt. Seeing racism being brought up over criminal acts to say the criminal system is unfair to ones of color. Ok....... now where to you go? They see y'all and hear the voices but what nerves are you trying to strike being heard and seen?
Trayvon got killed, people laid in grass. That's more showing you acknowledge what happened and that you are paying him respect but did you for a second think it would cause them to make what some felt was the right decision in the courts? Mike Brown was murdered, evidence show he was murdered, we as a people take to the streets in high numbers across the nation wanting the world to see the lives of young black men and all blacks matter. Now what is the next step to get the world to act upon saying our lives matter? Stop comparing this to the civil rights movement it is clear cut not the same. With what they did was be tired of the segregation, tired of the unequal acts wherever they went in a then "free" nation and made a stand everywhere they went. They forced the equality until something happened. People emerged as the faces of the movement so that we could pinpoint each groundbreaking moment of change. They didn't just protest, yell, and argue. Who will be the faces of these protests? How are we going to get some change to happen? Blacks sit in the back? Well let us sit up front until they give in and let us sit wherever we choose. Whites only fountain? Well I will sip this high quality H2O at any fountain I want because I am thirsty until this label goes away. Separate schools? Separate Stores? Separate EVERYTHING? No, I will use what you use until you can say, "It's not even that big of a deal. Yes, we are the same." So I ask again, What's the plan? I see more appreciation for ourselves and respect given to the falling than an initial plan to change what we are fussing about. Blacking out your online avi? Not spending money on black friday? An internet meme? What did that accomplish? You feel the criminal justice system is unfair? Stand in front of court houses preventing any trials to go down from minor to major until something gives in. You feel racism is as bad as common sense it is alive today than it was years ago? Show that misunderstanding of our race can be understood and not feared by others by showing up where it's worse and make em understand. Let leaders form and lead you all who are protesting and showing support into a direction where your wish for change can come. Below is a clip of Oprah voicing the same question.
